Answer to Question 1

The answer to this question will of course depend on the tube feeding chosen.

306 are being supplied by the I.V., so 2380 - 306 = 2074 kcals by the enteral feeding.

Answer to Question 2

Since amounts are not given this needs to be a general answer. Possibly high fat depending on the kind and amount of milk, cheese, ice cream, etc. Fruit was not mentioned. Soy sauce, salt, and dried fish all probably contribute to excessive Na intake.
