Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
Individuals who are lactose intolerant should avoid products whose ingredients list contains butter, cream, milk, milk solids, or whey. Many powdered meal replacement supplements contain hidden lactose. Yogurt is a low-lactose food, which may be tolerated in small servings.

Insulin is some-times, but not always, prescribed for individuals with gestational diabetes. Impaired glucose to-lerance is treated with diet and exercise only.
