The client has an active 15-year-old boy. To maintain his weight, how many calories may he need per day?

Mr. T. is trying to reduce his LDL by changing his eating habits. He reads the nutritional labels on foods he purchases, but can't seem to find any dietary sources for essential fatty acids.
 
  The nurse explains that two essential fatty acids are Linolenic acid and -Linolenic acid which can be found in: 1. Margarine and butter.
   2. Baked goods and chocolate.
   3. Soybean oil and walnuts.
   4. Fatty fish and pork.
