Alsoknown as rewards programs, these programs offer an establishment's bestcustomers special treatment. The airline, hotel, and casino industries allhave experienced great success in developing guest rewards programs. Thosein the restaurant and foodservice industry can and should do the same torecognize and reward their best customers.
