Kofte is a specialty of Turkish cuisine which is a style of grilled kebab. It is specifically a
meat mixture with lamb, parsley, garlic cloves, spices, salt, Aleppo pepper, flour, and
water. It is formed into meatballs that are then skewered and grilled.
