Answer to Question 1

prime cost = 13,618;  = 53.7

Answer to Question 2

Leadership style is something that each chef supervisor will develop individually. Essentially,
style is based on two behaviorsdirective behavior and supportive behavior. Directive behavior
is authoritarian behavior, which concentrates on control, structure, and strict supervision.
Supportive leadership behavior style is about enabling, coaching, facilitating, and praising. Solid
chef leadership is established through a combination of these factors. A true leader is a person
people want to follow because they trust and respect that individual.
