Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Cognitive refers to knowledge learning and includes the mental skills of classifying, identifying,
detecting, and making decisions. This type of learning is experienced through self-paced,
individual interactive programs. The cognitive domain includes learner controlled instruction,
which is sometimes called self-instruction. Psychomotor refers to the manipulative, or physical,
skills that require the learner to do something. Within the kitchen, psychomotor skills are found
everywhere. Culinary art requires a great deal of manipulative skill from knife skills to whipping,
chopping, or shredding.
