Answer to Question 1

Assume all of these stations rotate their menus to provide some variation on a daily basis in addition to standard items that are always in demand. Some options you could suggest:

better promotions to emphasize daily specials

changing out one of the stations so that it rotates a type of food every two to four weeks
(e.g. Mexican, Caribbean, Greek, etc.)

introduce a recipe from home contest in which students suggest favorites from their own background, which are evaluated, scaled up, and featured in some way, perhaps at the comfort food station.

modification of one of the stations to emphasize more display cooking

highly promoted survey of students to find out the kinds of food they would like to see, with a strategy for introducing weekly specials to reflect specific feedback.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
