What challenge is often experienced when employees make the transition from hourly worker to supervisor?
 
  a. Confusing feeling of loss of sense of accomplishment and results as well as lack of clarity regarding new focus
  b. Requirements of wardrobe versus provided uniform involve financial investment and new standards
  c. Style of communication from subservient to controlling involves practice and concentration
  d. Pride in promotion of this sort is seldom a challenge but a motivation and source of esteem

Cross contactAllergen cross contact between foods that may contain certain allergens to other food items. May be caused by carelessness in the kitchen and needs to be rectified to prevent an allergenic reaction in a sensitive individual.
