Answer to Question 1

(1) it is difficult to control the situation and message, (2) there is an inability to
quantify everything associated with such a campaign making it appear soft, (3) the chaining
process of getting the message from person A to person Z is much slower

Answer to Question 2

(1) establish excellence, (2) appreciation approval, (3) get free publicity, (4)
communication follow-up, and (5) blog control.
