Oatmeal made with milk 1 cup total 266 mg
Coffee, 10 oz. with 1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) evaporated milk 87 mg
Turkey sandwich on whole-wheat bread, lettuce, mayonnaise 54 mg
Cheese added to sandwich, 1 oz. cheddar 148 mg
Orange juice, calcium-fortified, 8 oz. 289 mg
Roasted almonds, 2 Tbsp. 33 mg
Pasta with chicken, 1 cup 54mg
Chocolate milk, 8 oz. 287 mg
Strength training exercise, using a weight machine or free weights, would be a type of weight-bearing exercise to increase bone density with little risk of falling.
