Answer to Question 1

For some women, morning sickness can be alleviated by
avoiding foods that trigger a reaction, either by smell or taste,
eating small meals, eating dry toast, or eating before getting
out of bed in the morning. Heartburn can be managed by
avoiding greasy foods, sitting up while eating, and waiting
23 hours after eating to lie down. Constipation can be
addressed by making sure to consume adequate amounts of
fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fluids.
