Answer to Question 1

It is important to consume adequate amounts of the essential
fatty acids (found readily in corn and soybean oils). Trying
to increase omega-3 fatty acid intake can be beneficial in
reducing inflammation (fatty fishes, certain nuts). Intake of
saturated fatty acids, and trans fatty acids, and cholesterol
should be limited (reduce intake of solid fats, reduce intake of
highly processed food trans fatty acids).
