Components of an exercise prescription include tness goals, mode of exercise, a warm-up, a primary conditioning period, and a cool-down.

This question has no denitive answer. However, it is clear that any one of the many exercise modalities (e.g.
running, swimming, cycling, walking) can be used to achieve exercise-related health benets. It is up to individuals
to utilize the modality that they enjoy the most so they maintain their exercise program.
