 Physical activity is defined as any bodily movement provided by the contraction of skeletal muscle that increases energy expenditure above a basal level.
 Physical fitness relates to a set of performance- and health-related attributes connected to the ability to perform activity. Sometimes physical fitness is viewed as specifically cardiorespiratory fitness and is expressed as physical activities maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max)
