Where would you guess that the majority of the fiber in your diet comes from?
  1.Grains

  3.Legumes/nuts/seeds
  4.Vegetables (other than legumes)

Question 2

What do you think about high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS)?
  1.HFCS is just the same as other added sugars.
