Answer to Question 1

The UPDRS is a Parkinson's disease rating scale that was developed in an effort to incorporate elements from existing scales to provide a comprehensive but efficient and flexible means to monitor PD-related disability and impairment. It has a wide utilization, a comprehensive coverage of motor skills, and a high validity and reliability.
Mrs. McCormick was documented to be in Stage 3she has mild to moderate bilateral disease with some postural instability, but is still moderately independent (due to her recent history of falls).

Answer to Question 2
