 HDL (ref. > 59 mg/dL, pt 40 mg/dL)
 LDL/HDL ratio (ref. <3.22, pt 3.8)

Additionally, her GFR is 56 mL/min (ref. > 60 mL/min) and her serum creatinine is 1.2 mg/dL. These may be indicative of renal insufficiency associated with her history of hypertension.
