Wash hands:

 before starting to work
 before and after handling food
 after going to the bathroom
 after handling nonfood items such as cleaning materials
 after coughing, sneezing, blowing nose, etc.
 before putting on gloves to work with food and after removing them
 after using tobacco, eating, drinking, or taking medication
