Examples of emergency foods include: canned salmon and tuna, canned chicken, dried beans and lentils, noodles, rice, canned soups and vegetables, macaroni and cheese (packaged), spaghetti sauce, peanut butter, applesauce and other canned fruits, crackers, cereals, etc.
