ANSWER:
Physical facilities are amenable to the childs needs. The classroom provides for all the needs of the child. The child can become a contributing member of the group. The teacher is accepting of the child.

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER:
A learning disability may not be as visible as a special need such as Down syndrome. Other children and adults may view it as something the child can correct if he or she just works harder to do so.
