Is it important that every a la carte item be offered on the banquet menu?
◦ Not every item translates well into volume production, so it may not be practical
◦ The market was attracted due to the menu, so those items should all be available
◦ An entirely separate menu should be offered for banquets, differentiating them from a la carte
◦ The banquet menu should include all a la carte and additional exclusive items
