What should be done if a recipe states that the gelatin should be whipped until foamy?
◦ Whip gelatin immediately after adding liquid while the consistency is liquid.
◦ Whip gelatin after the liquid is added and it is cooled until the consistency of raw egg whites.
◦ Whip the gelatin after the liquid is added and it is cooled until solid in consistency.
