Martha, a 17-year old college student, has had a difficult first semester in college. She
  has felt overwhelmed by her class work, and is dreading finals week because she has
  several important papers due at the end of the semester.
 
  Last week, Martha began
  experiencing a sharp pain in her right wrist, and she wondered if she might have
  carpel tunnel syndrome. Martha went to the university health center but doctors did
  not find any evidence of carpel tunnel syndrome. Even though Martha has not typed
  in several days, the pain has worsened to the point where she is unable to move her
  wrist or hand. Martha may have:
  a. Somatization disorder
  b. Conversion disorder
  c. Factitious disorder by proxy
  d. Enuresis
  e. Encopresis
