  (1) gel, (2) coagulum, (3) gum, (4) precipitate, (5) sol.

Question 2

Consuming less than 10 percent of calories from saturated fatty acids, less than 300
  mg/day of cholesterol, and keeping trans fatty acid consumption as high as possible is desirable?
