Answer to Question 1

30 cc  4 = 120 cc + 683 = 803 cc (It may be less than 803 if there is any sodium in the water.)

Answer to Question 2

Free radicals have the ability to oxidize the lipid fraction of lipoproteins when they enter into the cells lining the arteries. As a result, the lipoproteins, particularly LDL, become trapped in the cells with their load of cholesterol. In time, as this continues, a cascade of events follow that results in atherosclerosis. Antioxidants can help prevent or reduce the incidence of this oxidation and thus prevent or delay the occurrence of atherosclerosis.
