SEMO agility test-measures general body agility.

One-foot stand test-measures the static balance of the participant.

Soda test-assesses overall motor/muscular control and movement time.

Standing long jump test-measures leg power.

Yardstick test-measures hand reaction time in response to a visual stimulus.

50-yard dash test-measures speed.
