1) Sudden cardiac deaths, though extremely rare, are a serious concern. Moderate physical activity is not associated with a significant risk of sudden cardiac death
2) Musculoskeletal injuries are the most common harmful side effect of physical activity. Such injuries can generally be prevented by gradually working up to the desired intensity level and avoiding excessive physical activity.
