Select an activity that you like the most and that you are likely to continue. Start slow and work up to 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise a week. Alternatively, if you meet the health requirements, cut the time in half by engaging in 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week.

Answer to Question 2
