To achieve balance of strength, after exercising the quadriceps for two sets of 10 repetitions, the client/athlete should
 a. balance on one foot for 10 seconds.
  b. exercise the hamstrings for two sets of 10 repetitions.
  c. exercise the biceps for two sets of 10 repetitions.
  d. cool down.

Question 2

With regard to positioning the athlete, what initial steps should be taken prior to beginning any taping procedure?

Put the athelete in a comfortable position that can be maintained until the procedure is finished. In addition, the athletic trainer should minimize the amount of personal strain and fatigue that can be encountered while taping an athlete, especially to the back. Position the table at a comfortable height and maintain good postural alignment.
