In your role as dining service director, you need to hire and train new dining service resident assistants. Write a job description that summarizes the desired skills and characteristics you seek in an ideal candidate.
 
  Then describe how you would orient and train these resident assistants member to function most effectively and efficiently in your dining services.

  a. Learn best practices and ensure own operation is meeting or exceeding them
  b. Send employees to spy on competition and steal their standard operating procedures
  c. Patent methods or recipes so competitors can't copy them or will have to purchase to use
