Chuck is a 63-year-old man who was scheduled to undergo a hiatal hernia repair. He has a history of hyperlipidemia, the aforementioned hiatal hernia, HTN, and GERD. As part of his pre-op clearance, he had an EKG that showed a right bundle branch block. He is here for further work up of this finding.
