 Focus on what is good about you.
 Take care of yourself.
 Let your emotions out.
 Do things you normally enjoy.
 Keep busy.
 Give yourself time to recover.

Answer: Nonlove is the absence of intimacy, passion, and commitment. This type of casual relationship makes up the majority of our relationships with other people. This is the relationship you may have with most friends, the mailman, or your child's teacher.
