They cause a chain reaction that causes damage to cells and is linked to cancer, aging, Alzheimer's, dementia, heart disease, arthritis, and Parkinson's disease.

 Organosulfur compounds are found in broccoli, cabbage, leeks, garlic, and onions. They may help protect against cancer.
