Clonidine is not a benzodiazepine and is not prescribed for acute alcohol syndrome. Methyldopa is not a benzodiazepine and is not prescribed for acute alcohol syndrome. Atenolol is not a benzodiazepine and is not prescribed for acute alcohol syndrome.
