Raw whole carrot (7.5 inches long) = 20,253 IU vitamin A Raw chopped spinach (1 cup) = 2015 IU vitamin A
Sweet potato (baked w/skin; 2 inches in diameter, 5 inches long) = 31,860 IU vitamin A

Answer to Question 2

One teaspoon of salt = 2.325 mg of sodium
Large double cheeseburger with everything = 1.051 mg sodium
