An Orthodox Jew follows the Jewish Dietary Laws to the letter. Conservative Jews generally observe the Dietary Laws in their own homes, but accept more variations when eating elsewhere. Reformed Jews may conform to a few of the Dietary Laws or to none.5

Answer to Question 2

IBW = 5' = 100 lbs + 5  2 = 10 lbs = 110 lbs.
IBW = actual wt / IBW = 97/110 = 88
