 888 kcal/day; 32 g protein
 888 kcal / 1600 kcal x 100 = 55.5 daily energy requirements
 32 g / 46 g x 100 = 70 daily protein requirements

Answer to Question 2

 BUN (slightly elevated) - dehydration/inadequate fluid intake
 Alkaline phosphatase (elevated) - due to skeletal growth or abnormal bone mineralization (from poor vitamin D status)
 Vitamin D 25 hydroxy (low) - due to low dietary intake of vitamin D or decreased synthesis from lack of sunlight exposure
