Impact Glutamine initiated at 20 mL/hr; advance by 20 mL/hr q 4-6 hrs until goal rate of 80 mL/hr is met. Provides 2496 kcal + 216 kcal (from propofol); total 2712 kcal/day, 178 g protein, and 1842 mL water. Flush feeding tube with water periodically for a total of 900 mL.
