When fresh poultry or seafood is received packed on ice, how are receiving security concerns addressed?
◦ Remove the product from ice to weigh so only protein is invoiced
◦ Do not remove from ice so as not to compromise sanitation
◦ Do not allow the product to cross contaminate another product
◦ Observe delivery personnel for suspicious behavior
