If you use tobacco in any form, select a quit day and don't look back. If you relapse, try again. The more times you quit, the better you get. Ultimately, you will figure out how to quit for good.

Reduce animal (saturated) fats, red and processed meats, foods with added sugar and excess sodium. Limit white rice, refined grains, pasta, bread, potatoes, sugary drinks and desserts. Avoid altogether foods that contain trans-fats. If you drink, keep alcohol consumption to moderate levelsno more than one drink per day for women and two per day for men.
