2. Use clean, comfortable pillows and bedding.
3. Keep the bedroom temperature cool.
4. Turn off the ringer on your phone.
5. Turn off the TV and keep laptop and other devices in another room or out of sight where the light won't disturb you.
5. Keep the bedroom dark with shades, blinds, or curtains, or wear an eye shade.
6. If the environment is noisy, wear ear plugs or use a white noise machine.
