Answer to Question 1

Diversity strengthens an operation through the synergy created by the influx of different ideas
and perspectives. Additionally, a diverse team will attract more diversity and very often the best
of groups. The strengthening of the team that results from increased diversity is of great value to
the operation. Many studies have shown that increased cultural respect in the workplace
increases productivity.

Answer to Question 2

Convert to 9/4 X 5/3 . 9X5 = 45
(numerator). 4X3 = 12 (denominator). 45/12 (divide numerator and denominator by 3) = 15/4
