Relaxation as a response incompatible with tension works even better if you:
 
  a. practice it several hours per day.
  b. use self-instructions with it.
  c. remind yourself not to be anxious.
  d. first allow yourself to become anxious, then relax.

After learning tension-release relaxation you should:
